Brand Introduction

WOW Café is a New Orleans inspired, globally desired, fun, family-oriented, casual restaurant truly inspired by different flavors from around the world. Our menu features 17 award-winning, proprietary sauces. Our customers indulge in an extraordinarily unique dining experience unlike any other restaurant in the market. WOW Café, with a unique New Orleans flare, serves whole-breast chicken tenders, chicken wings, wraps, oversized salads, hand-pattied burgers, quesadillas and fajitas among many other options to satisfy any appetite. The food is always fresh, never frozen, and cooked to order to ensure the customer’s dining experience is consistent and great every time.

WOW Café features a full bar consisting of a large variety of domestic and imported beers, various spirits and an array of wine to choose from. The drink menu also features a variety of trademarked specialty cocktails including the White Chocolate Martini, WOW Hurricane, and WOW Rita to name a few. WOW Café’s customers enjoy non-stop music and action on wall-to-wall, large, flat-screen televisions.

Brand History
Founded in December 2001 in Covington, Louisiana, Paul Ballard had a dream for a restaurant that would appeal to a broad segment of the casual dining market. He put together a team that he could count on; his brothers Scott and Steven. With hard work, vision, practical experience and commitment to customer service, the Ballard brothers developed WOW Café. Together, through extensive research of industry and market trends they put their idea into a plan of action. They drew on their background as successful franchise owners of two different food service companies. With the advice of experts, they created a menu targeting families and young professionals. Award-winning chef George Rhode IV and from the kitchen of New Orleans’ own Chef Paul Prudhomme, recipes for WOW Café’s proprietary sauces and spices were created to captivate restaurant-goers from around the globe.
