The WOW Cafe & Wingery is a fun, casual dining, family restaurant featuring 20 proprietary sauces and dressings. The WOW Cafe and Wingery serves wraps, over-sized salads, Angus burgers on Texas toast, quesadillas, fajitas and other southwest items and of course wings, tenders and shrimp.

The WOW Cafe & Wingery Restaurant provides a unique alternative to the typical casual dining experience.

Founded in December of 2001 in Covington, La. Paul Ballard had a dream for a restaurant that would appeal to a broad segment casual dining market. Putting together a team with his brothers their hard work, vision, practical experience and commitment to customer service the Ballard brothers developed the WOW cafe and Wingery!

Business Management Requirements:
WOW Cafe & wingery does not require that its franchisee have food service experience, but it is helpful. Step-by-Step training by WOW team leaders will teach you the important facets of operating your business. Our management team is here to guide you. Your success is important to our long-term growth.

You are not required to run your store. However, the most successful franchises are those operated by the franchisee or a seasoned restaurant manager.
