Upon successful completion of the e-Learning courses, an intense, hands-on training week at WSI’s headquarters in Toronto , Canada , ends with the franchisee being certified as an Internet Consultant. Following this training is even more support, with one-on-one business coaching and guidance through the first critical 90 days of the IC’s business. Finally, ongoing call center support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle the day-to-day needs of the IC network.

What is the role of an Internet Consultant?

Internet Consultants work with clients in their community, analyzing their businesses and identifying where Internet technologies can improve operating processes and reduce costs.
