Z-TECA Mexican Grill Changes Name to Qdoba Mexican Grill

DENVER (December 15, 1999) -- Denver-based Z-TECA® Mexican Grill, one of the nation's hottest concepts in quality fast-casual Mexican cuisine, is changing its name to Qdoba(SM) Mexican Grill. It will begin converting the names of its 49 restaurants within the next few months, and expects to rename all of its restaurants by the middle of next year.

Qdoba Mexican Grill's executive team and Franchise owners chose the name from a list of thousands to reflect the restaurant's hip, unconventional, fun and friendly atmosphere.

Rapidly growing Qdoba Mexican Grill offers fresh, grilled Mexican-style cuisine and caters to adult consumers who are seeking a quick, healthier alternative to traditional fast food.
