Wingate Inn hotels and True Fitness, a leading manufacturer of fitness equipment, have launched a summer promotion called Perfect Fit Sweepstakes featuring exercise equipment prizes. The hotel chain is simultaneously offering discounted rates from $69 to $149.

Every guest who stays at a Wingate Inn hotel through Sept. 3 will be automatically entered into the sweepstakes. Others can visit the brand's Web site to download an entry form. Completed entry forms must be mailed by Sept. 3 and received by Sept. 10 to qualify.

At the conclusion of the sweepstakes, the randomly selected grand-prize winner will receive a Programmable Treadmill with a hand-grip heart rate monitor valued at $2,995. Second prize is an Elliptical Cross Trainer, third prize is a Stationary Upright Cycle, fourth prizes are two Abdominal Benches, fifth prizes are three Chrome Dumbbell Sets, sixth prizes are four Exercise Mats, and seventh prizes are five Stability Balls.

The Wingate Inn hotel that hosted the grand prize winner or is listed as a favorite by mail-in entrants will receive a Recumbent Cycle valued at $1,995 for its fitness center.

Official rules are available by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Wingate Perfect Fit Sweepstakes, Wingate Inns International Inc., 1 Sylvan Way, Parsippany, NJ 07054. No purchase is necessary, and eligibility is limited to residents (ages 18 and older) of the United States and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec).
