Company launches 888-HANDLED for national response servicing WACO, Texas -- (December 22, 1999) - The Dwyer Group, Inc. "Now Dwyer Group National Accounts aims to make that service more recognizable through the establishment of a toll-free number that brands our commitment to handling their jobs." Martin, who joined The Dwyer Group in June 1998 to support the national accounts effort, has successfully won a dozen high-profile clients such as national retailers PETsMART® and HomePlace®. In return, these clients have only one number to call to address plumbing problems, electrical problems or a host of other trade services needed at any location across the United States. According to Martin, the program is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, toll-free and has eliminated the local burden of finding service providers within national chains. "Dwyer Group National Accounts not only provides external customers with an easy solution to their needs," Martin said, "but also drives significant sales to the franchisees in our network, which is what we're all about." In his new role, Martin, who was promoted from vice president, will continue to lead the proactive sales effort and develop the overall vision for 888-HANDLED.
