Tax Smart America Announces New Business Model Patent - Alliances Formed

Tax Smart America, a new full service Tax Franchise Company, offering year 'round tax services with a specialty in Small Business Tax Planning, obtained its Provisional US Patent on a very innovative business model.

The company has revolutionized the tax planning and audit representation services for small business owners after more than six years of research and development using the Internal Revenue Code, and identifying every legal deduction and audit issue by specific industry groups. The business model patent also provides unique industry specialized audit issues, General Ledger designs, Business Plans, and financial support models based upon the needs of specific types of business groups.

The company recently formed a unique alliance with VCON to provide technology support for its Video Conferencing, and Client Support Services.
