Red Robin Expands Presence In Midwest

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Spirits®, a casual dining chain based in Greenwood Village, Colo., recently opened two new restaurants in Fenton, Mo., and Toledo, Ohio, expanding its presence in the Midwest to 27 restaurants.

The new Missouri Red Robin opened Monday, July 15 in Fenton, joining the Red Robin in Chesterfield. On July 22, Red Robin of Michigan, a Red Robin franchisee, opened the newest location in Toledo, making it the seventh Ohio Red Robin.

The gourmet burger chain, which started on the West Coast, has restaurants throughout the Midwest, including locations in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan, Missouri and Minnesota. The Red Robin® Restaurant concept has been expanding in the Southwest, Midwest and East Coast and now has restaurants in 24 states as well as Canada's Alberta and British Columbia provinces.

The Red Robin menu focuses on its signature product, the gourmet burger, which is defined as "anything that can go in, on or between two buns." Guests can choose from beef, chicken, veggie, fish, pot roast or turkey burgers, with a wide variety of toppings, such as grilled pineapple, guacamole, green chilies, honey mustard sauce, barbecue sauce, fried onion straws, sauteed mushrooms, and the list goes on.
