aising Cane’s Hires Mike Watson as Director of Construction and Sean Bishop as Director of Facilities


Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, one of the fastest-growing Restaurant chains in the U.S., has hired Mike Watson as director of construction and Sean Bishop as director of facilities.   

Watson and Bishop join a growing team of talent at Raising Cane’s and will be based out of the Dallas Restaurant Support Office as the company continues to expand its locations across the U.S.

“Sean and Mike bring incredible experience in the development discipline to our company at a historic time as we grow on a national level,” said Brad Sanders, chief development officer for Raising Cane’s.  “Their careers speak volumes about the expertise we’re cultivating in championing our brand in the right direction, and they will be a huge asset to our team.”

Watson brings more than 25 years of construction experience to Raising Cane’s with leadership roles at respected restaurant chains to his credit.  Most recently, he served as project/construction manager for Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc.  Prior to that, he worked for Chick-fil-A in the same capacity for nine years. 

In his new duties for Raising Cane’s, Watson will manage the construction of new store openings across the United States with several locations already in development.

Bishop joins the company with more than 21 years of experience in the food and service industry.  Among his career highlights, he has served in the facility management field for such well-known chains as la Madeleine, Starbucks and Yum! Brands, Inc.

As the director of facilities for Raising Cane’s, Bishop will oversee and maintain the integrity of restaurant locations across the country in keeping with the high standards of the Raising Cane’s brand.

Watson and Bishop will report to Sanders under their new responsibilities.
