Rainbow International Awards Master License for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain

Rainbow International® Carpet Care and Restoration Specialist has awarded the AMA Group a master license for Franchising the Rainbow International brand in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

S.K. Saleemuddin, operations manager for AMA Group, and Hajwane Hikmat, accounts executive, are participating in new owner training in the United States and plan to open the first Rainbow International Franchise in Riyadh in October 2002.

"We are extremely excited to have Saleem and Hikmat at our corporate headquarters for training," said David Bethea, president of Rainbow International. "The information they take back to Saudi Arabia and Bahrain will be the foundation for Rainbow to create a big presence there."

The master license plans to support as many as 10 franchise locations in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Saudi Arabia, with a population of more than 22 million people, and neighboring Bahrain, with a population of 645,000 people, represent some of the world's strongest areas of concentrated natural resources and wealth. According to Bethea, Rainbow's services in carpet care and restoration will be a welcomed introduction to the residential and commercial markets there.
