Rainbow International U.K. Master Licensee Acquired by ISS Damage Control Limited

The Rainbow International® Carpet Care and Restoration Specialist Master Licensee of the U.K. was recently acquired by ISS Damage Control Limited, a facility services company and leader in the U.K. Damage Control industry.

The master license to Franchise and grow the Rainbow U.K. network, along with Rainbow's 131 Franchises in the country, will join the larger ISS family. Melvin Lusty, who established the Rainbow U.K. franchise network, also will join ISS and continue to serve as Rainbow's Managing Director.

Rodger Arneil, Managing Director of ISS Damage Control, said Rainbow's geographical penetration of the country was attractive in the acquisition and will help in servicing the damage control market.

Rainbow U.K. franchisees also will benefit from being part of a larger organization. The ISS Group, which operates in 38 countries, will offer great expertise in servicing loss adjusters, insurers and homeowners.
