Moe's Southwest Grill and Mama Fu's Noodle House Newest Tenants at Atlantic Station

Atlantic Station L.L.C. announced today that it has signed two new Restaurant leases. The leases with Mama Fu's Noodle House and Moe's Southwest Grill represent Atlantic Station's continued efforts to bring diverse tenants to the 138-acre mixed-use development.

Mama Fu's Noodle House is a new restaurant concept developed by Atlantan Martin Sprock, the founder of Moe's Southwest Grill. The fast-casual, Pan-Asian restaurant will feature bohemian, shabby-chic décor with a healthy lifestyle menu and will occupy 2,467 square feet between Atlantic Drive and West Avenue. This is the first lease Sprock has signed for a Mama Fu's location.

Moe's Southwest Grill will open a 2,489-square-foot restaurant between Atlantic Drive and West Avenue in close proximity to Mama Fu's. Moe's offers Fresh-Mex dishes that range from burritos and quesadillas to tacos and fajitas and appeals to a healthy lifestyle. Founded in January 2001 by Sprock (who is also co-founder of Planet Smoothie), the Atlanta-based company currently has more than 50 restaurants in operation, with aggressive growth plans in 2003.

"We continuously strive to bring diverse eateries and retailers to Atlantic Station. It takes a variety of tenants at all price points - from fine dining to fast casual, from department store to chic, urban boutique - to create a true neighborhood," states Bruce Macleod, managing director of retail at Atlantic Station. "Mama Fu's and Moe's are representative of our efforts to create a new, eclectic community in Midtown."

Sprock comments, "Atlantic Station is the premier development in the country. It is certain to be a traffic generator for both Mama Fu's and Moe's because of the customer base available in the residential and office developments in and around Atlantic Station. We believe both brands offer something special to the consumer - convenience, affordability and atmosphere - all with an eye towards healthier choices."

Atlantic Station?s other retail/restaurant tenants include:

  • Dillard's
  • United Artists Theatres
  • California Pizza Kitchen
  • Marble Slab Creamery
  • Eye Gallery
