The company has hired Chris Jarrett, an information technology expert, as director of information technology and Jay Parks, a parks and recreation professional, as field trainer and support consultant. “We are experiencing exceptional growth, so we needed to fill some critical positions to ensure that we are providing the best possible service to our franchisees,” As Director of IT, Jarrett will be responsible for training new franchisees on the use of the FranchiseManager™ software program, assisting with all IT support, and developing new features and benefits with an emphasis on making our franchisees more profitable through the use of technology. “Because the i9 Sports proprietary software is the life-blood of the company, we have to stay on the cutting-edge of technology to ensure that our franchisees have the most powerful tool to efficiently operate their business,” As a Field Trainer/Support Consultant, Parks will not only play a vital role in training franchisees in the classroom setting on operating their franchise, but he will also travel to franchisees territories to assist them in securing venues for their upcoming sports leagues and events.
