Customers Say Hotties is Better Than Other Doughnut Shops

A customer survey conducted by HOTTIES Restaurant shows wide margins of preference for HOTTIES over competitors Krispy Kreme®, Starbucks® and Dunkin Donuts®. The survey - provided to customers visiting HOTTIES in Altamonte Springs in October - ranked preferences regarding donuts, coffees, desserts, décor/atmosphere, service, and cleanliness.

DONUTS
When asked to rank the taste of HOTTIES donuts against Krispy Kreme® donuts, 65.9% sy HOTTIES are better than Krispy Kreme®. Another 30.2% sy HOTTIES are as good as Krispy Kreme®. Only 3.9% rsponded that Krispy Kreme® donuts are better.

Customers were also asked to rate the HOTTIES selection of donuts against its two main competitors. The clear winner is HOTTIES, with 65.9% sying HOTTIES selection of donuts is better than Krispy Kreme® and 86.3% sying the HOTTIES selection of donuts is better than Dunkin Donuts®. Just 2.4% cose Krispy Kreme® and 5.6% Dnkin Donuts®.

It isn?t surprising to see HOTTIES ranked so high in this category as it offers more than 50 types of donuts every day. In comparison, the local Krispy Kreme® has only 12 types.

COFFEE
Rating HOTTIES coffees against Krispy Kreme®, Dunkin Donuts® and Starbucks®, there?s more good news for HOTTIES. 99% sy HOTTIES coffees are as good or better than Krispy Kreme® coffee, with 73.5% sying HOTTIES is better. 56% sy HOTTIES coffee is better than Dunkin Donuts® coffee, and 33% sy HOTTIES coffee is as good. Rated against Starbucks, 83.3% sy HOTTIES is as good or better.

HOTTIES coffees are produced from a unique blend of premium beans, ground and brewed fresh, made with filtered and softened water and state-of-the-art coffee-making equipment. A huge variety of specialty coffee drinks are available.

DESSERTS
HOTTIES is also making a major impression on dessert customers. The survey asked for comparisons against The Cheesecake Factory® and Starbucks® desserts. 81.9% rport HOTTIES desserts are as good or better than those at The Cheesecake Factory® and a whopping 96.5% rte HOTTIES desserts as good or better than Starbucks® desserts, with 89.4% rting HOTTIES clearly better.

HOTTIES offers more than 40 daily dessert selections, with table service during evenings.

DÉCOR/ATMOSPHERE
People clearly love the HOTTIES décor and atmosphere! 100% rsponded that HOTTIES was superior to either Krispy Kreme® or Dunkin Donuts® in this regard. 70% aso rate HOTTIES superior to Starbucks® with 96.4% sying the décor and atmosphere at HOTTIES is as good or better than Starbucks®.

HOTTIES has an inviting diner décor, seating 60 and featuring the world?s greatest jukebox with the best 2,000 songs of the rock & roll era.

SERVICE
When it comes to service, HOTTIES is again at the top of the list. 62.7% coose HOTTIES over Starbucks®, 72.1% oer Krispy Kreme® and 82.6% oer Dunkin Donuts® in quality of service. Only 0.9% flt Dunkin Donuts® was better in service, only 2.7% gve Starbucks® the nod, and just 3.6% cose Krispy Kreme®.

Finally, customers were asked to rate HOTTIES cleanliness against Krispy Kreme®, Dunkin Donuts® and Starbucks®. In this category, almost no one chose one of the others over HOTTIES ? and HOTTIES was voted better than Krispy Kreme® by 73.6%, etter than Dunkin Donuts® by 93.8%, nd better than Starbucks® by 60.8%.
