HomeVestors Signs 200th Franchise

HomeVestors® of America, Inc., the "We Buy Ugly Houses" franchise, has signed the company's 200th franchisees just eight years after offering its first franchise.

Craig Frizzell and Ken Townson of Detroit, Mich. are HomeVestors' 200th franchisees. Their franchise, HomeVantage, LLC, will be the third HomeVestors' Franchise in the Detroit area.

"This is a huge milestone for the company," said Ken D'Angelo, CEO and founder of HomeVestors. "To think we have come this far in such a short time is really exciting. The success of this business demonstrates both the solid foundation of HomeVestors' franchise operating system and the hard work and dedication of our franchisees and corporate staff."

Frizzell and Townson have been business partners for the past five years since founding a successful IT consulting and staffing firm. Their entrepreneurial spirit struck again after reading a news story about HomeVestors in their local paper.

"We're looking forward to getting started," said Townson. "By being the 200th franchise, we know we're joining an established and reputable team. We feel this is a great opportunity to grow another business of our own while helping to reshape communities in our city as well."
