Hardee's to Open Two Restaurants at Busch Stadium

Hardee's Food Systems, Inc. and the St. Louis Cardinals have teamed up to offer baseball fans great food by opening two new Hardee's restaurants in Busch Stadium in downtown St. Louis.

"The Cardinals organization is pleased to partner with Hardee's for the 2002 season," said Dan Farrell, senior vice president of sales and marketing for the St. Louis Cardinals. "We are excited about Hardee's unique, integrated promotional concepts."

The two Hardee's concession areas, located on the first and third baselines, will feature popular food items found at the quick service restaurants. The restaurants will offer favorites like the Famous Star™ hamburger, the Double Decker Super Star®, the all-white breast Chicken Fillet Sandwich and Hardee's new french fries.

Hardee's will also introduce the "All-Star Section", a centerfield area designated to the Hardee's "Team of the Game", and the Hardee's "All-Star Gate", decorated with a Hardee's theme. In addition, the Restaurant agreement includes ample signage in the outfield and season ticket opportunities.

With this partnership, Hardee's has committed to team up with the Cardinals in support of the Athletic Association in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. Hardee's and the Cardinals will design and develop programs to benefit youth athletics programs in the Missouri and Illinois areas.
