"Purchasing Harmon AutoGlass gave Glass Doctor unprecedented access to some of the best talent in the glass replacement and repair industry," said Robert Tunmire, president of Glass Doctor. "We naturally wanted to bring several of those key people on board to assist our franchise network and continue our aggressive growth moving forward." Among the former Harmon employees who have joined Glass Doctor's management team are: Nick Greville - Chief Operating Officer for Glass Doctor, former Vice President of Retail Sales and Operations for Harmon AutoGlass; Dana Mather - Vice President and General Manager of Company Store Operations for Glass Doctor, former Regional Vice President for Harmon; [*Company stores are located in the New England, Washington DC, and Virginia areas.] Stephanie Schreurs - Brand Manager for Glass Doctor, former Director of Marketing for Harmon; Doug Dotson - Franchise Systems Manager for Glass Doctor, former District Manager for Harmon; George Eghotz - Franchise Systems Manager for Glass Doctor, former District Manager for Harmon; Brian Hildreth - Franchise Systems Manager for Glass Doctor, former Six Sigma Blackbelt for Harmon; Tom Pollard - Franchise Systems Manager for Glass Doctor, former District Manager for Harmon; Stuart Waugh -- Franchise Systems Manager for Glass Doctor, former Regional Sales Manager for Harmon; Thom Inman - Technical Services Manager for Glass Doctor, former Technical Services Manager for Harmon. Tunmire said all of the new hires fill newly-created positions. With the purchase of Harmon AutoGlass, the Glass Doctor network grew from approximately 110 locations to 374 locations, requiring a much larger corporate team to manage the industry giant. Glass Doctor is in the process of converting the Harmon stores over to franchised Glass Doctor locations, and a dedicated group of Harmon and Glass Doctor employees is helping to facilitate this process. "We've put an excellent team together to make sure that Glass Doctor has the best leadership in the industry," Tunmire added.
