Former Ralph Lauren Executive Becomes Successful Geek


For eight years, Chris Isham was a successful account executive who managed a three million dollar territory for the Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation in New York. During this time, Mr. Isham's passion for computers and technology lingered in the back of his mind, continually nagging him. Eventually he followed his heart and joined the IT industry, which led him directly to Geeks On Call®. While working for Polo Ralph Lauren, Mr. Isham was the first person his co-workers called when they needed emergency computer support. Realizing that his penchant for computers was his true calling, Mr. Isham parted ways with Polo Ralph Lauren and began an exciting career in the IT field.

Initially Mr. Isham designed websites for numerous companies, and was on the verge of forming his own computer support company when he happened to see one of those infamous Geeks television commercials. Quickly Mr. Isham decided that rather than start his own computer company, it would be more beneficial to purchase his own Geeks On Call® franchise. Shortly thereafter he joined the Geeks family, and in June 2002 he opened a Geeks Franchise in Severna Park, MD. In just six months his business has boomed with success, and this has enabled him to open a new franchise serving Towson and Baltimore, MD. Finally, Towson, Baltimore, and their surroundings can enjoy the same high-quality, on-site computer support that the rest of Maryland has come to rely on.
