In one form or another he has been employed in the computer industry since 1974, and has held a multitude of positions such as a systems engineer, network engineer, and an aerospace engineer, as well as a contractor with NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center. Supplementing his professional experience is a Bachelor's of Management Information Systems from Kennedy Western University, along with a bevy of computer certifications and licenses including Network Management, Advance Cisco Router Configuration, and Cisco Internet-Work Design.

In handling the business dealings for his franchise, Mr. Graham will draw upon his many years of experience in computer management. Not only did he direct the operations at several high-tech firms, but he even started his own company, which has thrived since its inception six years ago.
