Roger Wagy's first professional exposure to computer technologies was in the early 1980s as a student at Evangel University, where he earned a B.S. in Computer Science. After graduation he became an employee of the McDonald?s corporation, and over the course of the next 16 years he radically upgraded the corporate office that supported 12 McDonald's restaurants in Missouri. Basically Wagy transformed their business operations from a paper-based system to one that is completely computerized, and in addition he created his own software to assist in the automating of this office. Throughout his entire career with McDonald's, Wagy flexed his entrepreneurial muscles by developing side projects?and by founding a small business of his own. For much of the 1990s he ran a payroll services company, and used his experience in writing software to create programs that assisted in the calculation and management of payrolls for hi-tech companies. After seven successful years he sold his business to a well-known company listed in the Fortune 500. With this side-venture at an end, Wagy turned his attention to other entrepreneurial pursuits. For a three-year span in the late '90s he had a stint as a reseller of accounting software, and later he became well-acquainted with Wall Street when he created computer software to track and to analyze stocks. Even more impressive than Wagy's vast experience in the information-technology industry is the fact that he is able to juggle so many jobs and projects at one time.
