Dunkin Donuts Executive Receives 2008 Women Of Influence Award

Dunkin Donuts, the worlds largest coffee and bakery quick-service Restaurant chain, announced today that Lynette McKee, CFE, vice president of franchising, Dunkin Brands, Inc., received a 2008 Women of Influence award from The Griffin Report of Food Marketing, a leading food marketing trade publication.  The prestigious award recognizes leading women each year who have made significant contributions to the food industry. 

This years honorees represent many channels within the food industry, including supermarkets, foodservice, quick service, and convenience stores, as well as food distribution from along the Eastern Seaboard.  This recognition reflects McKee’s outstanding professional contributions, positive influence, and awareness she has generated for women across the food industry.

In her role with Dunkin Donuts, McKee, leads Dunkin Donuts Franchising expansion across the country.  Serving previously in executive positions with Burger King and Metromedia Restaurant Group, McKee has more than 17 years of experience in the Franchise development in the foodservice industry. In 2007, she was awarded the Women’s Foodservice Forums Emerging Leader Award and has been recognized as one of the Top 25 franchise Executives in the US by Franchise Times.  McKee is an active member of the Womens Foodservice Forum and the International Franchise Association’s Minority Committee and a former member of the IFA’s Womens Committee.
