Franchise Pro Joins Dry-B-Lo

Franchise executive Art Mancino has joined DRY-B-LO International, franchisor of the DRY-B-LO Designer Deck Drain System, as Executive Vice President of Franchise Development.

"This is a huge plus for us!" says founder and president Grant Moore. "Although we have experienced strong growth on our own, doubling in size for each of the past nine years, Art's knowledge and energy will help expand DRY-B-LO into new territories and will significantly increase our lead position in this industry."

As franchise Development Manager for Allied Domecq, Franchisor of Dunkin Donuts and Baskin-Robins and Togos, Art directed franchise growth in the Carolinas, Georgia and Florida. Working for franchise organizations like Burger King, Blimpie International, and ZAIO.com, he has been involved in all phases of development from franchise sales, real estate, design, and construction to training and operations for startups of both new franchise owners and company locations.

"I've been in Franchising for 25 years," says Art. "I am fascinated with DRY-B-LO, the product and the franchise opportunity, and intend to take them into every raised- deck community in the country."

DRY-B-LO has been featured on HGTV, the Home and Garden Channel, in Popular Mechanics and Handyman How-To. Last February, DRY-B-LO was named one of the "Top 50 New Franchises" by Entrepreneur Magazine.

Based in Atlanta, DRY-B-LO has 19 Franchises operating in six states.
