More Rally’s® Restaurants Coming to Chesapeake, VA

New franchisee signs three-location development agreement

More Rally’s® restaurants are coming to Chesapeake, VA. Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc., the nation’s largest chain of double drive-thru restaurants and parent company of both Checkers® and Rally’s concepts, has entered into a Franchise and development agreement with new franchisee, Ron DeAngelis, to build three new Rally’s restaurants in the Chesapeake-area over the next five years.

Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc. currently has two franchise operated restaurants located in Chesapeake and 21 restaurants in the state. The new development agreement with Mr. DeAngelis serves to further the Company’s growth plans for existing markets in the United States.

The exact locations for Mr. DeAngelis’ new Rally’s are pending, but all three will be located in the Chesapeake-area.
