ACE Franchising Inc. announced today that it has awarded an America's Cutting Edge Real Estate Services ("ACE") Area Development Agreement ("ADA") to C&L Real Estate Services, Inc. of Matawan New Jersey. Under the ADA C&L Real Estate Services, Inc will roll out 10 mobile appraisal offices under a predefined schedule to provide services in Monmouth, Ocean, Hunterdon, Somerset and Middlesex counties.
