ACE Franchising, Inc announced today that it is implementing a new program to sell Franchises nationwide. The franchises which will feature a newly developed system of field and internal services greatly enhance appraiser's field productivity, report quality and turn-around times will operate under the name America?s Cutting Edge Real Estate Services (A.C.E.).

"We've been in prototype development for more than two years," said Maria Sonner, President of ACE Franchising, Inc. "Now we're ready for growth. We have recently awarded 2 area development agreements covering portions of NJ and TX and opened a company owned unit to cover entire state of CT. We expect we will have at least 200 franchises operating in the top 40 metropolitan statistical areas within the next five years."

The A.C.E. Franchise is the first of its type. While traditional appraisal businesses have been forced to use the same labor-intensive methods that have been used for decades, A.C.E. employs a combination of the latest in wireless technology and specially designed mobile appraisal offices that allow the A.C.E. appraiser's to do much of their work while on the road - thus dramatically increasing the appraisers productivity.

The unique nature of this franchise will allow A.C.E. franchisees to take advantage of the newest trend in the Internet space: wireless access to information. "As appraisers realize how much time this will save them, we expect to see a tremendous amount of interest," states Sonner.
