Aire Serv® Celebrates 10th Anniversary

Aire Serv® Heating and Air Conditioning, an HVAC service and Repair franchise with more than 75 locations, recently celebrated the company's 10th Anniversary during the Aire Serv Fall Conference in Cancun, Mexico.

"It has been 10 fantastic years," said Roger Goertz, president of Aire Serv. "We've succeeded in building a national Franchise from scratch with quality contractors, not quantity. Now customers can count on reaching top quality Aire Serv locations nationwide."

Since 1992, the franchisor has built a network of franchise locations that now covers 28 states and three countries. National advertising and marketing campaigns -- along with a growing corporate support staff that offers ongoing training, financial analysis and tracking, Aire Serv® software, and field support - are only a few programs included in the franchise system that have helped Aire Serv and its franchisees win a loyal customer base and secure vendor alliances of the highest quality.

Aire Serv further differentiates its opportunity by offering customers not only service and repair, but also system replacements, proprietary Comfort Protection Plans and indoor air quality services and products. In addition, some locations offer air duct cleaning.

More than 80 members of the Aire Serv network traveled to Cancun to celebrate the anniversary and attend special seminars for advancing their businesses.
