James Promoted to President for Aire Serv

Doyle James has been promoted to president for Aire Serv^® Heating & Air Conditioning, a subsidiary of The Dwyer Group, effective immediately. James, who previously served as chief operating officer, will oversee the entire Aire Serv Franchise system.

"Doyle has done an outstanding job leading Aire Serv, revealing his skills for growing the company to be a leader in the industry," said Dina Dwyer-Owens, president and CEO of The Dwyer Group.

James joined Aire Serv in 1997 as a franchise systems manager, helping to build the franchise network from the ground up. He was later promoted to vice president of operations where he concentrated on developing and refining the franchise systems for the entire network to follow in starting and growing their businesses. In June of 2003, he was named chief operating officer.

In his new role as president, James said he plans to market the merits of Aire Serv's franchise systems more aggressively. He wants to grow the network in locations and services and actively research compatible HVAC multi-location acquisitions that can be turned into independent franchised Aire Serv locations.

"We're already off to a fantastic start this year," James said. "The company has solidly perfected the systems for our franchise owners to provide a world-class customer experience, and their success is proof that we are delivering on that promise.
