ZLand.com, Inc., an application service provider (ASP) and developer of web-based business solutions for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs), announced today that its e-business Franchise network has grown to 44 locations throughout North America, Europe, and the Middle East. As a result of the Company's aggressive expansion efforts, ZLand.com franchisees and local sales offices now service small business communities in 15 of the top 30 major markets in the United States.

ZLand.com added 9 new franchisees and sales offices during the first two quarters of 2000, for a total of 15 new locations in North America since the second half of 1999. This includes operations in Toronto, Ontario and Vancouver, British Columbia covering the Canadian market. Within Europe, ZLand.com is now located both in London, England and Munich, Germany.
