ZLand.com Files Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering (3/00)

ZLand.com, Inc. announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of common stock. The offering will be made concurrently in the United States and internationally.

Credit Suisse First Boston will lead manage and Robertson Stephens and Friedman Billings Ramsey will co-manage the offering. ZLand.com intends to use the proceeds of the offering to increase sales and marketing activities, expand international operations, fund product development, and for general corporate purposes, including working capital. A portion of the net proceeds may be used to acquire complementary businesses, products, or technologies.
