Web Real Estate, Inc. Formally Announces the Launch of Web Real Estate Direct, Inc. (7/01)

Web Real Estate, Inc. formally announced the launch of Web Real Estate Direct, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary dedicated to selling Web Real Estate, Inc. services through franchising.

Currently registered in 32 states, with registration pending in most others, Web Real Estate Direct, Inc. is now accepting applications from interested prospective franchisees.

Web Real Estate Direct, Inc. has already signed two franchisees and has several others in various stages of discussion. Web Real Estate, Inc. services are directed to helping commercial property owners sell or lease their properties. "Web Real Estate, Inc. offers a simple Turnkey Marketing System for commercial properties," says Chuck Briant, President of Web Real Estate, Inc. "Many of our clients have eliminated their printed brochures, as they find they can have a higher quality package and a more expedient delivery method, and all at a lower cost with us doing all of the work."

The service is currently used by over 1,800 clients, most in the Texas area. With the advent of Franchise operations, Web Real Estate, Inc. is poised to provide services nationwide within the next few months. "We believe that our Franchises are fundamentally very attractive. We believe that a franchisee, who works the system the way we teach them, will actually have a positive cash flow within a couple of months," remarks Lee Thurburn, CEO. The first two franchises sold were in the Texas markets, one in Dallas and one in Houston. While the first two franchisees are people with commercial real estate experience, such experience is not a requirement for franchise approval.
