Tutor Time Announces New Co-Presidents

Board of Directors at Tutor Time Learning Systems, Inc. announced the promotion of Alfred R. Novas and Mark L. Schiller to the position of Co-Presidents, effective immediately.

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, Novas, formerly Chief Financial and Development Officer, and Schiller, formerly Chief Operating Officer, look forward to leading Tutor Time into the 21st century and within the $49 billion childcare industry.

Edwin M. Cooperman, Chairman of the Board, says, "Al and Mark have been recognized for their hard work and tremendous accomplishments, over the past year. They have worked tirelessly and brought the Company on a trajectory of significant growth and strong strategic direction, significantly enhancing shareholder value, throughout their tenure."

Schiller will continue to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Learning Centers, Curriculum, and Marketing. Novas will continue to be responsible for Franchise Development, Real Estate Development, International Development, Planning and Analysis, Technology, Accounting and Control, Taxation, Legal and Human Resources.
