Tryout Staffing Becomes Newest Talent Tree Franchisee

Tryout Staffing & Temps of Tyler, TX recently signed an agreement with Talent Tree, Inc. (formerly Initial Staffing Services) to become their 25th Franchise office. Locally operated by Dan Boston and Christina and Bill Mitchell, the newest Talent Tree location is managed with extensive industry and business experience.

Tryout Staffing & Temps was founded in 1993 by James R. Boston, father of Christina Mitchell and Dan Boston. With 12 years of human resource management experience and a BA degree in HR Management, Christina Mitchell brings industry expertise to the operation. Bill Mitchell holds a BA degree from University of Texas at Austin and has more than twenty successful years in sales and developing customer relationships. Additionally, Dan Boston has over 7 years in the staffing industry, a degree in Business Administration and served in the US Air Force Reserves as an avionics guidance control systems specialist.

All partners are natives of East Texas and know the area and the people which enable them to better understand the employment and staffing needs of their region.
