Trades Guild.com Acquires uRequest.com

The Trades Guild.com, Inc., a contractor and trades person referral service, has completed its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of uRequest.com. Tarun Arora and Siddhartha Agarwal, co-founders of uRequest, will become the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Technology Officer, respectively, of The Trades Guild.com. Mr. Arora will also become a member of The Trades Guild.com board of directors.
