Dwyer Group Hires LaCroix as Assistant General Counsel

LaCroix brings more than 20 years of experience as in-house counsel for public and private corporations to The Dwyer Group. He also has extensive knowledge in Franchise law and previously served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Snelling and Snelling, and Associate Counsel at Spherion Corporation, a $3 billion franchisor.

LaCroix's professional memberships include the American Bar Association's ( ABA ) Forum on Franchising (serving as Chair of the Corporate Counsel Division from 1994-1996), the International Franchise Association's (IFA) franchise business Network in South Florida and the Franchise Business Network in Dallas . He also has served as a national speaker for the IFA and the ABA .

He received his B.A. from Hanover College , in Hanover , Ind. , and his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law, in Lexington , Va. LaCroix is admitted to practice law in Texas , Florida , the District of Columbia and Indiana .
