The Complete Garage®, based in Minnetonka, MN, is pleased to announce the signing of an Area Development Agreement for three showrooms in the Tampa, Florida metropolitan area, with the first showroom to be located in Clearwater, Fl, opening in December of this year. The Complete Garage has also signed a single showroom Franchise agreement for its first “small market” metropolitan area in Rochester , MN . The Rochester showroom is slated to open December 1, 2004 .

The Complete Garage® is continuing with it’s planned expansion beyond the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul . The Company has one company owned Complete Garage showroom in Hopkins , MN and franchise locations operating in Maplewood , MN , Eagan , MN , Milwaukee , WI , and Des Moines , IA. An Area Development Agreement is signed for Charlotte , NC (opening Oct 04), The Company anticipates adding an additional 4 locations in 2004, to bring its total to 12 by the end of 2004. Additionally The Complete Garage has signed a Master franchise Agreement for New Zealand and Australia , with the first “down under”location opening in Auckland , New Zealand in September 2004.

The Complete Garage, LLC, which provides flooring, cabinets and storage for residential garages, completed it’s franchise offering in November 2003 and received it’s final regulatory approval in February 2004 to offer sales of Franchises in all major metropolitan areas.
