The Maids Home Services is pleased to announce that Richard Werner has been promoted to Vice President of Franchise Services.

"Rick brings tremendous experience to this position and we know he will continue to be a great asset to TMI in this new capacity," said Dan Kirwan, Executive Vice President of Operations for The Maids Home Services.

Werner joined The Maids Home Services as a franchise business coach in April 2003. Prior to that, he was the Field Manager for W-S Industrial Services in Omaha, NE. He also served in the United States Army and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel.

Werner received his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, New York and his MBA, with an emphasis in Finance, from Rockhurst College in Kansas.

As Vice President of franchise Services, Werner will oversee The Maids Home Service's business coaches, the training department and the national sales center.

The Maids Home Services is one of the oldest and largest residential Cleaning franchise companies in the United States and Canada, serving over 600 locations internationally.
