The Little Gym International Appoints Karen Gray as Marketing Manager, Makes Additional Staff Additions to Support Growth, Success

The Little Gym International, the nation’s leading Franchise specializing in motor-skill development programs that build self confidence in children, announced today it has expanded its corporate staff to support increasing franchise growth and national brand awareness, including the addition of Karen Gray as Marketing Manager.

In her role as Marketing Manager for The Little Gym International, Gray is responsible for building The Little Gym brand and developing and implementing strategic marketing and promotional plans.  Before joining The Little Gym International, Gray was instrumental in developing successful marketing campaigns as an account supervisor for Cramer-Krasselt, the leading advertising agency in Phoenix , as well as holding key management positions at additional marketing/advertising agencies in Arizona .

In addition to Gray, The Little Gym International announced that it has also hired Dennis Long as Candidate Representative to handle national sales, special projects and to design territories for prospective franchise owners. Prior to owning and operating two successful The Little Gym locations in Southern California, Dennis Long held key leadership positions with two leading companies in the health care industry, where he successfully coordinated training, management of personnel, restructuring and expansion programs.
