The Dwyer Group Ranks 24 On The Best Companies to Work for in Texas List

The Dwyer Group has been named one of the Best Companies to Work for in Texas for the second consecutive year. The company ranked 24 in the list that was published in the February issue of Texas Monthly.

The ranking, promoted by Texas Monthly, is sponsored by the Texas Association of Business (TAB), the Texas State Council of the Society of Human Resource Management (TSC-SHRM) and the Best Companies Group. This survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in Texas, benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses.

The Dwyer Group is one of 100 companies to be honored among the Best Companies to Work for in Texas. Companies were judged on their benefits, leadership programs, corporate culture, interviews with company employees and more.

To be eligible for the ranking, companies must have a facility in Texas, at least 15 employees in Texas, and a minimum of one year in business among overall criteria.

How the companies ranked was revealed in a recent special awards ceremony at the Texas Association of Business 2009 Annual Conference luncheon in Austin. The full ranking is published in the February issue of Texas Monthly.
