The model consists of a mutually beneficial relationship between the owner, the realtor, the home manager and the Showhomes franchisee. A qualified home manager gets to live in a luxurious home that would otherwise be priced well beyond their budget. In return the home manager pays most if not all of the utilities, maintains the property, keeps the home in “ready to show” condition and is prepared to move once the home is sold.
