ServiceMaster Company Announces the Engagement of Deloitte & Touche LLP

The ServiceMaster Company announced today the engagement of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company's independent accountants, replacing Arthur Andersen LLP effective immediately. Deloitte & Touche will provide audit-related as well as tax compliance services.
