Signs 52 New Store Agreements; Total of 255 Stores Committed!

Salsarita’s Fresh Cantina is thrilled to announce the introduction of several new menu items! The restaurant’s understandable, yet extensive menu is broadening in order to accommodate the needs of today’s dynamic families. Salsarita’s owner, Bruce Willette, has been carefully perfecting his idea for a take-home taco bar in order to ensure convenience for today’s busy families. The take-home taco bar, dubbed the “Take-Home TacoRita”, consists of steamed tortillas, freshly grilled meat, beans, rice, chips, salsa, and all the fixings required to make delicious tacos. Best of all, this taco bar can easily be transported and set up for a wholesome family dinner at home. Additional new menu items include a flavorful taco pizza along with several enchilada dishes. The most remarkable of these dishes is their signature enchilada pie, which is a layered four-tortilla masterpiece stuffed with your choice of meat, melted cheese, and covered in two varieties of tangy salsa.

Salsarita’s franchisee totals have been growing at an astonishing rate, and the company is pleased to report that this trend shows no sign of slowing. As of May 26th 2005, Salsarita’s has acquired over 250 Franchise commitments, a remarkable growth especially considering the company had commitments for just 30 stores one year ago. Several new franchisees have signed development agreements across the country, including the addition of 52 stores over the last 4 months! These new markets encompass Columbus, OH, Huntsville/Decatur, AL, Baton Rouge, LA, Northern and Southern New Jersey, Loudoun County, VA, and Albany, NY.
