Salsarita’s, Inc. is proud to announce the completion of negotiations with Rochester, NY based Palmetto Development, Inc. for a multi-store agreement in the upstate of New York. As a Salsarita’s Area Developer, Palmetto will have the ability to develop restaurants themselves and offer opportunities to third parties.

Separately, Buffalo based MVP Development has committed to developing five Salsarita’s Fresh Cantina restaurants in the Buffalo area.

Salsarita’s Fresh Cantina offers healthy, fresh-Mex food fast, where customers create a delicious made-to-order meal right in front of their eyes in a lively cantina style dining room. Their franchisee friendly policies, incredible speed of service (35 people in less than 7 minutes!), exceptionally high quality food, and simplicity of operation has attracted operators from many other franchises.
