RESCUECOM opens second NYC Franchise by awarding its' eleventh franchise license.

The operator of the new RESCUECOM franchise is Victor Izmaylov. Victor is a graduate of Rutgers University and has been recognized by the Microsoft Corporation.

Victor completed franchise training August 24, 2001. After training Victor sent the following e-mail to RESCUECOM's CEO, David A. Milman:
