Rainbow International® Restoration and Cleaning has named Jon-Don, Inc. its preferred vendor for restoration and carpet care products effective immediately.

"This is a huge alliance that will benefit our franchisees in keeping the best inventory of supplies on hand at all times," said David Bethea, president of Rainbow International.

Jon-Don, the world's largest distributor of carpet cleaning supplies and equipment, recently acquired the carpet care and restoration division of Worldwide Supply, Inc., the Waco-based supply house that has serviced Rainbow International?s inventory needs over the past two decades. As part of the new arrangement, Jon-Don will warehouse and ship Rainbow International's private label products from three of five Jon-Don locations across the U.S.

"We are excited that Rainbow International chose Jon-Don as their preferred supplier. We have always been impressed with Rainbow and feel that they are truly focused on insuring that their franchisees have the best support possible," said Dave Howard, director of sales and marketing for Jon-Don.

Other advantages of the Jon-Don agreement will include: a dedicated toll-free number for Rainbow inquiries, internet ordering capabilities, a truckmount installation and support program, special free freight shipping on certain supply orders, Jon-Don attendance at Rainbow's annual convention, and ongoing technical support.

Worldwide Supply, a privately owned company located at The Dwyer Group's corporate headquarters, still will provide Rainbow International with all apparel, van decals and other proprietary promotional products.
