PROVO, Utah (June 6, 2000) - Scot Smith, a resident of Provo, Utah recently purchased and opened his own local Franchise for Rainbow International Carpet Care & Restoration Specialist. Now, as part of an international network, Smith will provide carpet care and restoration services to businesses and residents in Provo, Spanish Fork, Springville and Mapleton.
