Prospective strategic-partners for PrideStaff should be goal-oriented people with the drive and energy to work in a business-to-business environment. A background in business and sales is a plus.

The initial franchise fee is $24,500 and the estimated initial investment to open a PrideStaff office is $150,000, which includes approximately $60,000 to $90,000 in working capital. PrideStaff supports franchisees before, during and long after their respective grand openings. Through a combination of training and mentoring, back office billing and 100 percent payroll funding, PrideStaff provides the support needed for franchisees to thrive in their local markets.
