Precision Concrete Cutting Opens 14th Franchise Location

On September 20th Precision Concrete Cutting (PCC) opened its 14th Franchise location in the Tampa/Orlando territory. The new franchise owner Alan MacMurray secured his first contract with the city of Bradenton, FL to take care of the sidewalks in a residential area.

Alan MacMurray, PCC's newest franchisee, was formerly employed as Vice President, Customer Services, of Talaris Corporation in San Mateo, CA and has a broad background in sales/management and has worked for a number of hi-tech companies, primarily in the Silicon Valley area. He received his MBA from the University of Chicago and received his undergraduate in Economics from Harvard University.

Precision Concrete Cutting has been Franchising its unique method for correcting uneven sidewalk panels since 2002. The company's patented technology allows for uneven panels (caused by tree roots or ground settling) to be corrected for full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and is able to deliver this service to cities, school districts, hospitals, property management companies, and apartment complex owners for a fraction of the price of removing and replacing the concrete panels.
