PAYLESS CAR SALES ANNOUNCES NEW WEBSITE

Payless Car Sales, Inc. announced last August that they had signed a Master franchise Area Development Agreement for Canada and their intent to begin selling Franchises internationally. Today, they announced the opening of a new website developed specifically for existing independent used car dealers and other entrepreneurs from around the globe who have an interest in becoming a part of their Franchise system and Payless brand of quality pre-owned dealerships - www.PaylessFranchise.com .

“When we made the announcement in August about expanding into Canada, we never expected the level of interest that we have seen from the international marketplace”, said Mike Harley, President and COO. “We have spoken to a number of interested parties in Europe and the Middle East and will be attending the British & International franchise Exhibition being held in London on March 23 – 24, 2007. We are very excited about what we see happening”, added Harley.

2006 was a good year for Payless, but 2007 could be a great one. Our biggest challenge for expanding internationally will be in establishing the kinds of “preferred partnership agreements” with key industry lenders and vendors like we have here in the US in other countries throughout the world. There will definitely be a learning curve, so we plan to move forward in a very slow and deliberate manner to avoid any costly mistakes.

It became a separate entity in July 2001 and has now grown to nearly 60 locations in 16 states and Puerto Rico.
