EVAN LASKY NAMED PRESIDENT/CEO OF PAK MAIL CENTERS OF AMERICA, INC.

The Board of Directors has announced that effective March 1, 2002, Evan Lasky will assume the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Pak Mail Centers of America, Inc. Mr. Lasky joined Pak Mail in 1988 as Vice President of Operations and since 1991, has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Pak Mail has more than 400 centers in North America and 60 international locations in sixteen countries.

Evan Lasky has acquired more than twenty-seven years experience in Franchising having served as President and CEO of Danjay Music & Video, Inc. (Budget Tapes & Records, subsidiary) from 1975 until his position with Pak Mail. Mr. Lasky is practically a Colorado native moving here at age 10 and graduating from East High School and the University of Denver in 1964. Evan maintains strong ties to the community as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Colorado Symphony Association.

Other changes in the Pak Mail management team include the appointment of John Kelly to the position of Chairman of the Board and Alex Zai moves to the position of Executive Vice President. Mr. Kelly previously held the position of President and CEO; Mr. Zai was Pak Mail's Vice President of Store Operations and International Development.
