NURSEFINDERS ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC ALLIANCE WITH CYBeR-CARE (7/00)

Nursefinders, one of the nation's largest medical Staffing franchise companies, today announced a strategic alliance with CYBeR-CARE, Inc. (Nasdaq: CYBR) to provide the staffing component to allow around-the-clock monitoring services for care providers using the CYBeR-CARE, Inc Electronic HouseCall^TM (EHC) system.

The CYBeR-CARE, Inc. EHC system is a patented Internet-based system for remote monitoring of chronically ill patients in their homes and allows full two-way audio and video communication between a patient and a caregiver.

CYBeR-CARE, Inc. owns a proprietary software system, which will map the availability of the Nursefinders professional services into the intelligent routing of its EHC system. This will provide CYBeR-CARE, Inc. clients with non-exclusive access to monitoring by Nursefinders' resources on a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week basis.

Nursefinders, with offices in 38 states, provides medical staffing and specialty home healthcare services as well as disease-specific early intervention programs designed to help reduce hospital expenditures for chronically ill patients. Through a newly implemented Internet strategy, Nursefinders expects to provide professional nursing services in all 50 states over the next 90 days.
