Nursefinders Names Sherry Hagemeister Chief Executive Officer

Sherry Hagemeister, whose career spans more than 20 years in both healthcare staffing and home health industries, today was named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nursefinders, Inc.

"The combination of Sherry's experience with the management team developed by Rick Peranton should enable the company to successfully execute its aggressive business plan," said Nursefinders Chairman of the Board Dr. Michael J. Sinclair.

Peranton will continue in his roles as President and Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining Nursefinders, Hagemeister was CEO of Science Solutions, a company she founded and sold to Romac International, now Kforce.com. She also served as Board Representative for Help Innovations, Inc., who sold to CyberCare in November 1999. She has held a variety of executive positions for such companies as Interim Healthcare, Critical Care America and American Hospital Supply. In addition, she has created four companies of her own in such diverse fields as automobile brokering, pediatric and neonatal home infusion, occupational health staffing and scientific staffing.

Hagemeister joins Nursefinders at a time when the company is preparing to significantly expand its presence nationwide. Nursefinders recently launched an aggressive nationwide acquisition and expansion campaign, and the company is preparing to introduce a dynamic new Internet initiative designed to provide a comprehensive suite of resources and services for the nursing industry.

"I am excited about the opportunity at Nursefinders," said Hagemeister. "Bringing my entrepreneurial spirit to a national premier provider of nursing services will provide the company with expanded opportunities to career growth and improved lifestyles for nurses and other medical personnel."
